Day 2: Insanity, Plyometric Cardio Circuit

I didn’t experience any cramps today. Luckily. But I am so worn out that i can barely stand up from my sitting position. Thighs, arms and shoulders are sore. I feel great. Sweat a whole lot. 

I even managed to consume a total of 2L of water today. 

Total calorie for 10/05/12 is 1296kcal. I had a very heavy dinner, and I will make it all better with more exercise and healthier meals tomorrow. Spent 3 hour in a karaoke room with a friend, extreme singing with full of emotion, I’m sure i lost some calories there. haha.

Day 1: Insanity Fit Test

I attempted the Insanity Fit Test today. I drank water before i started, close to the ending, my thigh cramped but I managed to relax and make it feel better before it worsened. On the second last test, my shoulder cramped and i was in a lot of pain. When my sis massaged it for me, I felt like puking (i am not mia, and i hate the feeling). I basically puked out all the water(only the water though) I consumed before the test. (I will reblog the Insanity post,for those who are interested, right after I publish this) I still completed the entire set after that. My results are listed below, only the counts, watch the video to know which count is for which test.

Note to self: Do not drink water BEFORE exercising. (I’m still shivering from post-insanity)
